their case is that avz should have disclosed illegal activities. If this was true then AVZ would be reporting on the whole of DRC multiple times a day

Rather this lot wants to encourage shareholders who have made alot of money on AVZ to join a class action for a company that continues to maintain great prospective.

These shareholders have made a signficant profit on this investment, yet they are encouraged to sue the company.

If they win, they cause the company alot of grief and potentially impact the viability of the project. If they lose, the company either returns to trading at a signifiant premium or is bust . Wouldn't it make more sense to wait until the outcome is known to start a class action?

Anyone doing their homework would know this.
