In general, 'left guessing' is a bad situation.
Bad news is delayed - great news normally rushed out. Basic human nature.
In CERS case it was know that if all assets sold 44c returned to shareholders. BUT the graph looked terrible, so most people were too scared to buy after many months of bad news. Very similar downwards slope to TTT at the time.
