I guess your comment @fup illustrates the situation, I am sure you are not far off with what many think. But when serious Japanese Yen looks at a guaranteed long term cobalt sulphate supply from within the IRA eco system, I doubt they look at the cobalt price right now, still I understand fully your comments.

However this is a very big strategic change that COB are taking, largely a result of the macro changes ( re West/China critical battery materials refining) to the critical minerals landscape, its has done a 360 degree in 24 months and made the direction for COB crystal clear.
