Mallyrock your statement about no other asx listed company is presenting Dy grades like AR3 is false.
VTM are presenting Dy and Tb grades twice as much as AR3. VTM also has scandium.
I do like how leachable AR3 ore is. That is top shelf. The interest thickness is rather thin though. Not much is getting over 10m. However that could be a non issue really if the reserve is big enough. Which brings me to my genuine concern about AR3.

I am from S.A and where the tenement is located is absolute prime farming land. This land is held very tightly my multi generational land owners who DO NOT LIKE MINES!
Especially such a large scale surface area mine such as a clay rare earth. The idea of digging up kilometre after kilometre of land there seems very unrealistic to me.
A large copper mine at the York Peninsula never got through due to public objection and the S.E SA district won't be any better. Genuine mining licence issues here.
Tim Goyder is a nice sign, then I seen he has $300k invested, which is literally pocket money for him and I am unsure how much experience he has in S.A farming districts as opposed to outback W.A.
I will continue to monitor this from the outside whilst I decide upon an entry or not.
