I've held since late 2017 and I've never seen abnormal volume or price action before an announcement.
As for the CR; that wasn't a leak as uou term ir; it's a function of the way CRs work when you're shopping around with multiple parties to sell $50m worth of shares.
Wish there was a better way but there ain't.
