Ahh you're right raine - I thought that was way too cheap & too good to be true.
I reckon it's $250 per contract, assuming each contract is worth a 1000 shares with a 25c strike price.
So if you were looking to trade these, I reckon it goes like this:
1. Say you buy 25c strike options for 5c each. They expire in a couple of years & the share price is lower than the strike
2. Bonanza news comes through and the share price is now 35c, so you decide to excercise
3. For each option you pay 1000*25c (so $250) as opposed to paying $350 for 1000 shares on the open market
Don't forget the options originally cost 5c each, so in effect it's cost you $250.05 per contract, for 1000 shares
