1. They supposed to be ASX options, so after today, they can't convert anymore and it should lapse (or worst case scenario they can use the REN exchange to have one more extra day before expiry? not sure). Nonetheless is good for the current share holders as there will be no such sellings that are derived from cheap options; 2. Why they don't convert the remaining 2.3m options (which are in the money), who knows, as they still need to pay some $1.8m (80c/option) first in order to convert and then have to sell (within certain timeframe due to small daily volume in asx) if they want to pocket the profit; 3. Also there could be possibility that they (and the company) reached some sort of new agreement to extend the options expiry date, which is not seen very often in asx, but there is still possibility, otherwise these options (in money) will just be gone.
