I personally think the market is correct on this announcement.

Why I think this is because there are a squillion 5 or 6 cent shares around that come out with announcements like this and they come to absolutely nothing.

To know that this announcement really is different you have to know fml.
You have to know first up that focus exists, then you have to know that management is top class and I know it is hard to believe, but also honest.
You also have to know that they actually DO what they say they are going to do - and do it within the timeframes they set.

This is a rarity in the entire stock market - and it is an extreme rarity in the gold sector.

So as far as I can see it is only us - the cheer-squad who even hazard a guess at what this could mean.

And on that note - for us, I think the timeframe does matter. We have far more important things going on in the now and the near term future that is going to show sustainable flow of wealth.

Personally, I think Treasure Island will be a big deal - but not necessarily from the point that I think there might be a hidden superpit down there (which there well might be) - but from the trading opportunities that this should bring - why, because this thing will come up with some spectacular numbers - I am sure on that - whether or not they really mean anything is to be seen - but sp's in small goldies move on big pretty numbers and hope - pure emotion.

And the cheersquad should know what is really happening - if we don't then we are drinking too much wine and vodka.

This thing will bring us wealth if we want to play the game with it - whether or not it ends up being a mine.
