They keep saying the word assets in the announcements. Not necessarily hte whole compnay. The danger here would be for the company to sell down some good producing fields and keep the business operational to maintain their jobs. Look what happened after the sale of Racoon bend. Production dipped and so did the sp and never really recovered. They may wish to sell down assets , pay off debt and be left with some ongoing concerns. don't think that outcome would be good for shareholders.
