In the past some of your comments were moderated and hence I could not see what you wrote. I’m a complete novice at this, so was hoping you could indicate how you see this go south if the SP stays like this, or worse. I get how stocks would be badly diluted, how capital would become an issue, and I’m not comfortable with how PAR is not saying much through all this. Is that it, or is there other issues to be aware of, eg a hostile takeover at ridiculous prices? My problem is that I don’t know what mechanisms there are to harpoon a company like this?
