It (ASCI) is a monthly report for the information of subscribers only. It only costs about $150 for a year. Every time they put out a recommendation Hot Copper posters are all over it wanting the info for free. The report is subject to copyright conditions and they (ASCI) have repeatedly stated that they will persue those who breach said copyright. If passing on their warning makes me a "chump" so be it.
