    It's called an opportunistic offer: company producing great grades (same goes for other gold explorers like MGV, MEU, CYL producing bonanza grades), market not rewarding those great grades, and the next door neighbour swoops in and tries to make a killing. Can't really blame them for trying (an with two hungry mills needing some feed too - lol)
