On reflection I think that they will probably use a 5 day Vwap (Volume weighted Avg price) to calc the conversion value. If that VWAP is 3c thats what we will get if 2c then 2c ... but I have been wrong before
If independently valued I expect the price would be much higher thatn 2.4c as someone prev stated.
