We've closed at 19 two times in the last year only to be smacked back down the next day. Both of those times there wasn't as consistent accumulation as there has been for the last two weeks. In addition the WMAs and the MACD have now switched back up which suggests there is more in this run. close over 19 and break out of this range and realistically I think 23-25 is in play.
