If Barnaby Joyce & Morrison cannot produce a copy of the drought envoy report that was allegedly sent via mobile phone then the $675,000.00 expense account becomes a criminal offence. The matter should be referred to the AFP. It is a blatant example of defrauding the Commonwealth
