It's not uncommon for departing CEOs to dump their stock when they leave a company. I must admit that this gig has enriched him somewhat, but he's made me a lot of money over the years, even 100% profit on one trade. The most recent being just under 40% profit. He's got a pay out coming soon too.
But his sale doesn't mean the financial implosion of the company. As someone else stated, maybe he needs the funds to upgrade a property or purchase another.
I won't begrudge the man his millions. I'd rather not have it than be the object of ridicule and criticism by an increasing leftist-Marxist media hell-bent on exposing the perennial evils of capitalism whilst begging for subscriptions.
