If they weren't an asset they wouldn't have a value on the market.
With the Right Issue earlier this year, and the one last year, participants received free options when they partook in the rights issue.
But CTPOA were never given free. You had to buy them. The offer to buy them from the company came in July/August 2007 just after the original CTPOs expired (they had an expiration of 30Jun2007 and an exercise price of 20c).
So just weeks after paying to exercise the (original) CTPO options we were offered to buy CTPOA.
This is different to the free CTPO shares offered as a bonus in the two Rights Issues.
