That's just Regals holding held by their prime Broker Citibank (they have a few prime brokers), nothing to see here. The market is prepping for another dump it looks with bids building below market to take Regals stock.
The story has completely fallen out of the small cap magnetite/ clean Iron Ore story as MGT performance can also attest to. It doesn't have any champion outside of the occassional noise coming from FMG
