To my knowledge i don't think the Company has paid any of these Directors anything for the time that they have been on the Board, and there is probably a lot of work we don't see going on in the background, I mean just keeping up with ASX public company demands would be quite a bit of work. Then you look at getting PEP11 back, getting the PDF status back, handing in submissions to the ASX to get MEC re-listed etc, I think there has been quite a lot to do.

If they get us back up and running good luck to them, because basically they were looking down the barrel of doing a lot of work for a company that could have very easily found its way into administration, and then they would have received nothing.
