I’m saying all the CR and the money mastermind behind these is AD & Terence Clee. Both of them are the most benefited from all the exercises with IOU Ltd. All SH stakeholders or anyone sitting on the board are just pawns to them, the real mastermind never come forward and put themselves into a director position where they’ll be held responsible.
I wonder if 612 gets any reply and communication with Terence Clee as he is probably in the process of ditching the SH after he got the support to win the EGM, which is his only method, to get more money from IOU, after his disagreement with AD.
