two well drilling program

So I wonder if there is an update due on the farmout given the announcement dated 12 May 2010 stated:

"The transaction is subject to completion of financing by the Farminee, which is expected to be confirmed within 30 days, and Solimar processing the required assignments of the farmout interests."

Well I believe we are beyond 30 days and no update from the company. Glad they are keeping us in the loop.

I hope this all gets bedded down ASAP and that they can confirm that things are on track for August drilling. Im looking forward to some drilling to be undertaken!
