I think you will find that this is the relevant section to look at in the accounts. Yes they had tax losses, but they have also been paying company tax each year up until FY22 loss, so those accumulated losses may be of a different nature (capital) and so no able to be offset against operating P&L? The nuances of tax and tax accounting!!
