yes we know all that, the rhetoric is getting a bit boring. what I'm saying is its in the best intentions of the lenders and the people who guaranteed the plant to get it producing to at least a level where the debt can be repaid. Hence why I believe they are in talks as they have probably made significant progress in the last few weeks and just have to tweak the financials. I seriously doubt the the lenders are going to say sorry we are taking control of the asset as it would basically be worthless. No they want this to succeed...
