The presentation states that the equity raising is expected to increase the total shares on issue by approximately 12.7%. Therefore if you have 1,000 shares, you would need to acquire another 127 shares under the entitlement offer to maintain your pro rata ownership.
Company saying offer size should be sufficient to enable application at this level to be successful.
The 2023 annual report details 21,542 shareholders as at 31 March 2023. So at $100 million, this is an average of $4,642 per shareholder. If there was a 50% participation rate, this increases the average amount available to participating shareholders to over $9,000.
