The takeover would not be stopped , but the transfer of any assets out of KLL afterwards would be subject to lender approval.
So the question is , does someone put in 50mill to buy the shares and have 200million debt in the company, or do they just buy the project directly off the lenders ?
Unfortunately I think KLL is history , or at least the present shareholders are.
The project is likely to have someone else having a go , but with new investors, following the SO4 script.
Wish I knew how the new owners were going at SO4 , because if they fail , hard to see potash being a goer in WA this century.
Where would the capital come from for the likes of RWD or AMN to progress?
