IMO there have been market manipulation last several weeks to get the SP down to 35c or bellow and load up on stock at or around that price. The same people are now trying to unload at 38 or 38.5 to get their ten percent and leave.

They do not want to wait 2 months for their distribution and maybe see a price drop.

That is what I think, judging from the bot action and general SP movement during last month or six weeks.
