If at the 2nd June - (Shareholder Update) the company had only executed non-binding indicative term sheets to a number of suitable parties, then what time frame would that take? This can proceed while waiting for any court ruling/adjudication but I suspect give what would be involved then this will take some time.

As per your post re: "I am genuinely pretty confident they are waiting on the government to approve a Morila transfer and have a deal lined up for the escrow shares pending that ..... (sic)"
~ if the Company are waiting for Morila to be completed before they complete any corporate transaction (deal) with Firefinch, and given that it is now the 9th June, then In my opinion we will get an update by the end of June but it will be that the strategic process in progressing well and we are now going to the next phase ........
