Unrelated to topic, Pinto, but I remember you mentioning the high tax cost of owning a residential property in parts of Europe - Germany in particular. Got a friend of a friend recons he's going to make his fortune by buying and renting out cheap village houses in Germany and other European locations, and recalled you mentioned the high cost of taxes. If so, would you mind reiterating?
