The arbitrary percentages applied to get the figures wanted/expected is worthless analysis
Compare it to the most relatable real world peers and make genuine assessments of key differences to justify the valuations. When the best minds can't justify the differences anymore, then it's under/overvalued. Any other sort of valuation analysis for this type of investment is worthless dribble.
