Think you are right Mr Chung although they will now have plenty of cash which will save them from any capital raising and diluting the register which is a positive.
They do still have a tight register.
The negatives are they will own very lttle of the project if the third party exercise there option and this (Prairie Downs Project) was the jewel in the crown.
Might look at it again if they fall below $0.10 but only for a trade or until the DOG finds a new kennel.
