From the announcement it seems pretty clear SGE have been playing silly buggers. CKA to them is pretty small change (but potentially a high return).
Are SGE a major holder of CKA or are we only associated through a contract? I honestly can't remember - it's been a pretty long and complicated journey from 2c.
