    Torbreck,
You make scaling up sound like a walk in the park. Sure, I havent been involved in a food scaling up plant, but Ive been involved in enough mineral processing plant scale ups to know atleast in that environment there are 100s if not 1000s of things every time that need modifying/tinkering because the plug and play (just make heaps of the same thing work strategy) doesn't work out as expected. There is a significant step change between the pilot/demonstration plant throughput/volume and the volumes being thrown around as a commercial plant. If there are not some significant engineering works required, especially when its known that the main plan is re-using brownfield equipment/layouts (and its 100% certain all that equipment won't be exactly what is required) I would be surprised if it just plugs, plays and we are pumping out commercial quantities this calendar year. The brownfield, commercial level plant is achievable, and the information distributed by the company to date sounds promising, but I think you are underestimating the complexity to go from where we are to, the dream commercial throughput and should temper expectation.

On other note, has anyone over the last 6 months seen the Oat Milk disappear off Woolies shelves. I havent seen it in outer Brisbane for a while now.
