1. Let congress know and give them time to respond if they want to.
2. Raise equity to align debt to equity ratios
3. get someone to build the plant who knows what they doing when spending the ammo
4. get someone who knows what they doing when operating the plant.
that’s how I read it…
not saying it’s impossible to hit a problem (or fall) but seems very reasonable to me.
