After the most recent pressies my bet is that there will be no need for a raising, but if they do decide to add more cash to the upfronts from one possibly two major deals in the next 5 months it will be done so as to bring insto's in.
Key point is that even SCE corporates appear to agree that it will only be done if at all with a 2 in front of the SP.
So forget 11c.
