Very interesting deal. Implies the UK business is worth $32.5m AUD, suggesting around $50m for both the AUS and US businesses combined (looking straight at market cap). Even less on an enterprise value basis.
With $20m cash (soon to be $26m including this deal), Airtasker is beginning to look stupidly cheap, especially with the recent cost cutting measures.
