But I'm always amazed that fish is floured, It tastes as if it was cooked inside a boot! Can't work that one out. Perhaps it came about from the war days when everything was very expensive and food had to go a long way, if not by its own volume then by a concocted thickener. Who knows? European hard times started the habbit.
