I guess he said it because, dah, no reaction from the market!
In case the last 9 years of - well - nothing has not made it clear, I've just looked at the TS summary and again see evidence IMO of the weakness of this leadership team. $25k deposit to do DD? I've done lots of TS, I mean lots, still doing them all the time, and have never, ever, paid the seller to do my DD. That would be like paying a used car dealer to walk around and check out a car you are interested in buying. And a further $25k for another 45 days. Nonrefundable? Come on!
From where I sit some people never seem to learn. It's something about leopards and spots, IMO and my experience.
