Here is a describtion of one of the the collaborative partners, the Technical University of Clausthal Institute of Mineral and Waste Processing, Recycling and Circular Economy Systems and it's task.

"The partner-specific task of the Institute for Processing, Recycling and Circular Economy Systems is the further development and optimization of hydrometallurgical processes. A special focus is on integration of LFP-based LIBs into the recycling process for NMC-based LIBs, recovery of graphite and robustness against new cell chemistries."

It would be interesting to know how the Universities interact with Primobius. Is there a technology transfer? Hopefully to the benefit of Primobius GmbH.

As I understand it, Licular is using an application under the BImSchG, proceedings, which probably "speeds up the construction". Tesla used this for it's factory in Grünheide, .... i hate to make any references to this automaker.

What is the grant Licular is waiting for, as some folks are repeating in this thread?

Just a reminder the foundation stone of the Kuppenheim battery recycling plant was just laid on March 3 of 2023.
