Whilst a second indication may be nice to have, I'm worried that we don't really have the funds right now to pursue it. If we can get away with some small scale studies then that would be OK but anything requiring more than a couple of million dollars is going to be a problem.
One of our great advantages at the moment is that we are fully funded right through to approval and revenue. IIH seems to be the perfect indication for our drug and the TAM is already huge compared with our current value.
If pursuing a second indication now changes that and we suddenly need to do another credit raise then I'm concerned the cost will outweigh the benefit.
