That was a very amusing link. A dog is a dog, and a cat is a cat, and I am certain, that they do not need the help of the rspca if the pet changes residence. when I was 12 years old, and my parents shifted - we simply shifted. there were no strategies put in place, to make me cope with the change in location (I missed Linley, and everything that was associated with her). I was in a new school, I knew nobody, and I walked around by myself; but I did not get any counselling, or help - I simply had to "allow things to happen"

At least a dog, or a cat, has the same people around them, 24 hours per day.

what an absolute load of rubbish, that a dog needs the rspca to help Mr Rudd, to help the pet(s) to change location

Anyway, I did not watch the show , as I lost interest in "60 minutes", many years ago
