Gotta be joking! plenty of people here put critical thinking into their analysis of TMT.

Only 'echo chamber' like posts I have seen are when someone comes in with either incorrect information, or presents what some people think is an unfair or not quite accurate assessment of TMT, in which case they respond with their own analysis which from their view, is a positive assessment of TMT...

Find one poster who is not frustrated by the lack of EPA progress and hasn't said this out loud.

And geez regarding Hawks comments, some people think that as soon as you have a piece of land and a BFS you should be mining the next day or you have gotten nothing done..

Do we need a list of what had been done in the last 2 years?

- EPA progressing... Yes slow as heck, but find a company getting it done any faster in WA and i'll put more blame on TMT.
- Southern Tenament drilled out (to improve project viability, results integrated into DFS (granted we haven't seen final figures yet).
- Kiln Feed study
- EKF to fund kiln ($150 mil)
- developer relations with companies that can make or break, or literally fully fund this project (RCF, TATA steel)
- Gas pipeline will be in place when needed
- Early works contractors chosen and I would bet are ready to begin when EPA signs off.

But am I personally happy we didn't get EPA approval last year, funding wrapped up, and construction already started? No.
Do I understand the reality of why we aren't at that stage yet? Yes.
Do I fault TMT for that? Well Ian did give timelines last year that had to be thrown out the window, so yes he gets a cross there. But I see real world reasons (not laziness or mismanagement as to why)
Could we have gotten all of the EPA/ERD stuff squared away earlier or with an earlier submission? Honestly I have no idea but I get the impression that there have been updated requirements and there are a lot of hoops to jump through, so I give Ian the benefit of the doubt here and will just say he's doing the best he can to get it finalized.

Basically to sum up I say bugger off with your echo chamber nonsense... All of the regular posters here are switched on, intelligent, optomistic, but also frustrated holders...

I can't think of anyone with their head in the sand and just wanting to hear a positive sentiment fed back to them over and over to feel comfortable holding a dud, that is what an echo chamber is and there are 100's of HC threads that qualify. TMT isn't one of them.
