They need a partner for CHF they have made that very clear to get into the right channels and the procedure is complex and for bioreactors.
CLBP they need distributors as the procedure is much more straightforward.
ARDS and Crohns they will need a partner for Bioreactors due cell count.

It makes sense what he said that partners are waiting for this approval or reason for the CRL, as they want to ensure their funded portion of development has minimum cost possible, and the highest possible chance for succes if a phase 3 is needing to be funded to get there.

One thing appears clear, Ryoncil is the floodgate. If the FDA open the lock and crack the seal, CLBP will commence almost immediately, followed by adult GVHD and surprise partnerships very shortly after.
