No. I have no idea what the outcome will be. The call was fine so I suppose that is a +ive ? He didnt sound uncomfortable or excuse ridden in his response.
Of course there was the ',we are working hard to get a great outcome for all. etc etc...he has invested' near a decade of his life to the project and company so he is very keen to get to product.

Understand I think others would do better to ask the questions we are seeking answers for as some understand the process better than I and what to ask.
The man was open to answer my questions, I am not excited about the situation but as I said, above, back in the bottom drawer for now.

I took it to mean that the debt issued is not going to effect other DEL units, ongoing ops, ringlocked away from us.
But again please ring and ask, i am not a professional and i may have misunderstood what he meant. So maybe you can squeeze some more info that will reassure.
