How many brokers advise their clients on microcap companies?
How much work has PHK management done on promoting their company to the brokers, fund managers, etc?
How many people who follow the market have PHK on their watchlists?
How much media attention in the business section of the newspapers, or the Shares Mag, have been dedicated to PHK?

Obviously the answer to all these questions is MINIMAL to NONE. So how would anyone know about PHK, unless a few have accidentally come across it. The chart needs to improve to trigger the tech guys to buy it.
