if the share price is over 16 cents by September 2024 all future earnings will be effectively reduced by about 10%.
maybe it’s no biggie…. But with the latest raise that’ll be close to 20%… not including any additional raises that may be required in the meantime…
I suppose relative to the 90ish % dilution shareholders have enjoyed the last few years another 20% shouldn’t matter.
