I Looked at the ICSID data base of cases with only one relevant one coming up with relation to a diamond mining company.
Miminco Vs Congo.
https://investmentpolicy.unctad.org/investment-dispute-settlement/cases/112/miminco-v-congoThe settlement awarded was 13 million dollars.
Then I found this....
https://www.wikileaks.org/plusd/cables/10KINSHASA22_a.htmlWith the final paragraph the most disturbing...
7. (SBU) Comment: The MIMINCO business dispute with the GDRC has
been going on for 11 years, with no clear resolution in sight.
Details of the case have been cited in the DRC's 2009 Report on
Investment Disputes and Expropriations (ref A). Post has even
demarched the GDRC several times, but to no avail. Post notes that
Bank of America does not have offices in Kinshasa. End comment.

Now I don't know if this has actually been settled financially or not.....But....and as I was trying to say earlier that you are already in big trouble if it gets to this stage ! I suggest shareholder aim for a settlement can be made...and quickly. Even if it means giving away controlling interest on the property!!!
