Interesting stats that about only 30% of ICSID turn out to be successful determinations !

A total of 15 cases have successfully been made against African Nations..... but that doesn't mean they are enforced.

Tanzania has given the ISCID the middle finger twice and chose to annul the decisions through their own judical system !

Additionally the Republic of Congo took an ICSID decision to a court in Paris to have the determination annulled.

So AVZ are now set for a 3-5 year legal stoush that has a 30% chance of success, that the DRC could ultimately choose not to follow just like Tanzania or the Republic of Congo has done
