TSEG are looking at returning to international rebate play albeit it will be higher regulated.
Yes regulation is here to stay but the pendulum has swung way too conservatively for TSEG, of course higher regulation will remain, but currently TSEG and CWN are operating far from a level playing field. I can tell you for a fact that patrons excluded by TSEG are being allowed to gamble at CWN, which has been reported to the Casino controller.
The mere fact CWN can serve alcohol and TSEG cant is a huge issue that needs to be resolved.
