I don't get into or understand technical analysis but it obviously stands up if enough people believe in it and follow its dictates - a kind of self-fulfilling prophecy. However, either startlingly good or bad announcements make mincemeat of TA and charts. If WR1 put out an announcement on Tuesday saying they'd struck 100m at 2.5% Li2O at Cancet the first thing you'd see on the chart is a steep incline to $2 - and no TA is capable of predicting that.
