So your premise is he was in possession of classified docs...docs he wasnt allowed to have...in you wee mind... he stole them and hence theres the crime
First up a violation of the Act...the Presidential Records Act...is not a criminal matter.
So youre alleging he conspired and did all sorts of stuff to cover up and get out from under a charge that has no criminal element. Again. Its a civil matter.
You cant get him for lying to the FBI...from my knowledge what you say in public is not the bar set...you have to be under questioning from the FBI...so thats off the table
