Sept. 6, 2023 is when the Late-breaking Abstract submissions close for SITC 2023.
I was impressed with Yuman Fong's Sydney roadshow presentation on 13th March, and can recall him saying that the FDA requirements regarding the results from the pending biopsy report must be accurate with the i's dotted and the t's crossed, which will take time.
IMO, The city of hope would be in regular contact with the FDA to clarify what are their latest requirements needed regarding the CF33 data.

Looking forward to an IMU Nasdaq listing later this year.
